Who qualifies for tax credits and cost sharing?

Advance Premium Tax Credits are available to help eligible people pay their monthly health insurance premiums. Cost Sharing Reductions lower out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums.

Find your estimated 2017 gross family income and the total number of individuals in your tax household in the charts below to see if you qualify for Advance Premium Tax Credits and Cost Sharing Reductions.

If you do not have access to quality health insurance at an affordable cost, you may be eligible for an exemption from the penalty for not having health insurance. Other circumstances may qualify you or your family members for an exemption. Click here for more information.
